We understand that our pets are part of the family and don’t like being left at home or with strangers. All of our homes are pet friendly, but please understand that we have a few rules (probably just like when you are in your own home).

When visiting our homes please do not leave your pets unattended.  We request that they be supervised at all times.  It is our goal to provide a safe environment for your pet. There are a lot of wonderful wild animals that live in our part of the world. If we are not careful some of our wild friends can be badly hurt by your pet and some of the others might do some pretty serious damage to your family friend.

Pets should be restrained from digging – replacement of shrubbery, plants, and landscaping lighting is very costly.

Please clean up your pet’s waste.

Please curtail dog barking to ensure a peaceful environment.

Please make certain that your pet is not on furniture, beds, or the spa cover.

We would be delighted if your pet arrived with clipped nails.  We will happily provide ‘doggy towels’ to wipe your pet’s paws upon entering the home.

Although a pet fee has been paid to help defray extra cleaning costs that are necessary, any costs to repair pet damage will be deducted from the security deposit.  Any costs for damage to the premises incurred during your stay in excess of the security deposit paid, must be reimbursed to Oregon Coast Vacation Rentals.
