We would rather not deduct $20.00/hr for labor from your SECURITY DEPOSIT, so please attend to following before your departure:

Depart by 11:00 AM unless prior arrangements have been made.

 

Return ALL the furniture, whether indoor or outdoor to their original locations.

 

Is the Barbecue Grill cleaned and returned to its original location?

 

Have the dishes and kitchen equipment been cleaned and returned to their original locations?

 

Return the key to the Key Box. There will be a $50.00 charge, per missing key and/or garage opener.

 

If your pet came with you: Poop Patrol?

 

Have you checked drawers and closets for personal property left behind?
